House Rules Thank you for booking our home. Please review the house rules carefully before your stay. Failure to follow these rules may result in additional charges, cancellation of the reservation, and/or removal from the property. Parties, Smoking, and Events Parties and unauthorized gatherings are not allowed anywhere on or around the property. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the home. Smoking is only permitted outside in approved areas. Evidence of smoking or vaping inside the home, smoke odor inside the home, or evidence of an unauthorized party may result in additional cleaning or damage charges and/or early termination of the stay. Guests who wish to host a small professional event, such as a brunch, photo shoot, or networking session, must contact the host before booking. Separate written approval, additional fees, and specific conditions may be required before any event is allowed. Noise and Conduct Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors and avoid loud music, outdoor activity, or disruptive noise during these hours. Illegal drugs are prohibited. This home is a drug-free property, and violations may be subject to applicable Georgia law. Pets and Service Animals Pets are not permitted unless approved in writing by the host. Service animals are handled in accordance with Airbnb policy and applicable law. Guests traveling with a service animal should notify the host before check-in. Service animals must be house-trained, under control at all times, and may not be left unattended. Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused by the animal. Fire, Candles, and Grilling No open flames, candles, incense, or grilling are allowed anywhere on the property unless expressly approved by the host in writing. Guest Limits and Registration This home accommodates a maximum of 9 guests. Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property unless prior approval is given by the host. Additional guests beyond the approved reservation count must be approved in advance. Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges and/or cancellation of the reservation. Please provide the first and last names of all guests before check-in. Please also notify the host of any visitors or non-overnight guests coming to the property. Fire Table Use Guests must contact the host before using the fire table on the back patio. Unauthorized use may result in an additional charge. Safety, Deposits, and Damages Never leave the stove, fireplace, fire table, or any heat source unattended. A refundable deposit may be required for large groups, guests age 25 and under, or longer stays of 14 days or more. Deposit amounts may vary depending on the reservation. Unauthorized late checkout is not permitted. Late checkout must be approved in advance by the host. Unauthorized late checkout may result in additional charges. Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning needs, stains, or rule violations that occur during their stay. Black makeup towels are provided for makeup removal. Please do not use white towels or linens to remove makeup. Outdoor Furniture and Cleanliness Please treat outdoor furniture with care. Do not stand, jump, or place heavy objects on the furniture. Children must be supervised when using outdoor areas. Please clean up after use and dispose of food, drinks, and trash properly. Maintenance and Condition The home is professionally cleaned, maintained, and inspected before each stay. If you notice any damage, stains, missing items, or concerns when you arrive, please notify the host immediately so it can be documented. An inventory list may be provided to assist with your review of the property. Mail Delivery Short-term guests may not receive mail at the property. Long-term guests must request and receive written approval from the host before arranging mail delivery. Smoking Policy Smoking is only permitted outside the home. Smoking and vaping inside the home are strictly prohibited. No smoking is allowed on the back deck. Guests who smoke outside must keep all doors and windows closed to prevent smoke from entering the home. Guests must properly dispose of cigarette butts, ash, and smoking materials in appropriate receptacles. Cigarette butts and ash should never be thrown on the ground, in planters, on the deck, or anywhere else on the property. Guests are responsible for preventing smoke odor from entering or remaining inside the home. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by smoking or smoking-related materials, including burn marks, discoloration, smoke odor, or additional cleaning needs. Violation of the smoking policy may result in additional charges and/or early termination of the stay. Parking Free parking is available in the driveway and along the side streets directly beside the home on both sides. Please do not block neighboring driveways, mailboxes, sidewalks, or access points. Safety and Security Exterior cameras are located at the front and back entrances for guest safety and property protection. There are no cameras inside the home. Agreement By booking this home, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these house rules. You also agree to take responsibility for the property and its contents during your stay.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including four spacious bedrooms, three full bathrooms, the open living and dining areas, and the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the private owner’s suite with its own balcony, along with the covered back patio featuring comfortable seating and a fire table. Free parking is available in the driveway, and there’s also plenty of street parking directly beside the home on both sides of the street. Guests are welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and smart TVs. Keyless entry makes check-in simple and secure.
